Mr Gareth Pugh. He’s probably my favorite designer as of now, along with Rick Owens. I love his aesthetic, it’s very different from what fashion has become, and I love that he’s bringing back the avant garde part of fashion that can only be summed up by saying, “Who gives a fuck if people buy this or wear this, make it, put it on a model, and put it on the goddamn runway.” His clothes, I feel like, are some of those rare pieces of clothing that actually follow the Oscar Wilde quote and are really, true ART. Really. It’s amazing, his stuff. Going to see if I can pick some up this summer during my travels.
