they call it “lamen”

 thanks to some friends, last week i found the tiny section of tokyo located in paris. it’s very small and very low key (until you see all the lines of hungry japanese and parisians queued on the sidewalk waiting for their fix), but the food is fantastic (as is the hot sauce). i had the miso ramen (“lamen”, en français) at higuma, and will definitely be returning.
